သုတေသနနှင့်တီထွင်ဆန်းသစ်မှုဦးစီးဌာန၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်-
(က) နိုင်ငံအကျိုးပြု သိပ္ပံနှင့်နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှု လုပ်ငန်း များ ဆောင်ရွက်၍ နည်းပညာလွှဲပြောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း၊ နည်းပညာအကြံပေး ခြင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ခ) သိပ္ပံ၊ နည်းပညာနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဒေသတွင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ပြည်တွင်း အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ သုတေသနစင်တာများ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်များနှင့်စက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများအကြားသုတေသနနှင့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး လုပ်ငန်းများ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဂ) နိုင်ငံတော်၏ ရင်းနှီးမြှပ်နှံမှုနှင့် စီးပွားရေးမှုဝါဒများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးသော မြန်မာစံချိန် စံညွှန်းများချမှတ်ခြင်း၊ အရည်အသွေးကိုက်ညီမှု စစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဃ) ခေတ်မီဓါတ်ခွဲစမ်းသပ်ခြင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ရည်ညွှန်းဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းအနေဖြင့် မှန်ကန်တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(င) လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုသော သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချ နည်းပညာသင်တန်းများ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပို့ချ ပေးရန်၊
(စ) နိုင်ငံတော်၏ လူမှု၊ စီးပွား၊ ပညာ၊ ကျန်းမာကဏ္ဍဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပနှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ သတင်း အချက်အလက်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
(ဆ) လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအဆင့်မြင့်သင်တန်းများ ဖွင့်လှစ်သင်ကြား ပေးခြင်းဖြင့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသန လုပ်ငန်း များဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုး တက်လာစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊

National Standards Council Meeting (1/2023)
1 year agoOn 1 December 2023, National Standards Council Meeting was held on Meeting Hall, Ministry of Science and Technology at Naypyitaw via hybrid system National Standards Council (NSC) Members including Deputy Ministers and permanent secretary from relevant ministries, director generals, the members from UMFCCI, Myanmar Engineering Council, Myanmar Computer Federation and Eminent persons from relevant sectors had also been attended. Accordingly, the chairman of National Standards Council, Union Minister of Science and Technology, Dr.Myo Thein Kyaw was delivered the opening speech and then the secretary of National Standards Council, Department of Research and Innovation, Director General, Dr.Phyu Phyu Win had also shared the previous activities approved from National Standards Council Meeting (2/2022), both the final draft (63) standards after public enquiry stage into Myanmar Standards and the new standards technical sub-committee for Gold to be approved in National Standards Council, the proposal and the committee stage of (99) Myanmar draft standards, the previous activities of laboratories accreditation, Registration and Designation Procedures for Conformity Assessment Bodies(CABs) and the implementing status of National Certification Body(NCB) and as a result, the 63 final draft Standards into Myanmar Standards and the new technical sub-committee of Gold had also been approved in the meeting. ...
